Your privacy and security are very important to us.

If you suspect someone is using ScreenConnect™ to perform malicious or fraudulent activities, please contact SecurityIncident@ConnectWise.com with your name, email address, company name, phone number and instance URL. We will investigate each report, and someone may reach out for more information. We take each of these reports seriously but please note that for privacy and legal reasons, we cannot discuss the status of any investigation.

Important information to note

Never allow someone to connect to your computer or install software unless you know and trust that company or person.
A ScreenConnect agent would generally be installed on a machine to perform IT related support. Check with your IT service provider before uninstalling, then go to add/remove programs and click uninstall.
